About Me
I am a qualified and experienced Chartered Counselling Psychologist and EMDR accredited practitioner. My extensive career includes working as a Highly Specialist Counselling Psychologist in the NHS, where I supported clients facing complex and enduring mental health problems and enduring mental health challenges.
I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for clients navigating a wide range of issues, including complex trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, complex bereavement, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anger/emotional regulation difficulties, and more.
